The FA4ALL Coalition is a collaborative effort that brings together key stakeholders across the state to increase the financial aid application and completion rate in California. 

Our efforts root back to the passage of AB 469 (Reyes), which made FAFSA/CADAA completion or opt-out mandatory in California. Our membership is diverse and consists of local, regional, and statewide organizations focused on making sure that no financial aid dollars are left on the table due to students failing to complete their financial aid applications.
